About the role
Eurofins Consumer Product Testing (CPT) Turkey is searching for Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team. The corporate office is located in Mahmutbey, Bağcılar. Please note that this job posting is by a textile, hard goods, and toys testing laboratory. Only applicants with prior experience in the TIC industry will be considered for the position.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Chemistry or Textiles.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Advance knowledge of laboratory reporting.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Residency on the European side of Istanbul.
- No military obligation.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or Business Administration.
- MBA degree.
