About the role
Reporting to the MENAPT cluster Marketing and Customer Marketing Director, you will play an integral role in developing and execution of integrated marketing strategies that helps driving sales and grow market shares across both in-store and online channels. This role bridges internal teams (Brand and Sales) and our retail partners to ensure seamless execution that resonates with our shoppers and delivers the business results across the cluster. Role leads a team of 7 Customer Marketing leads across the cluster to ensure strong executional excellence. And requires 50%+ Travelling across the cluster.
What you'll bring
- 10+ years of work experience
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Experience in leading teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Previous experience working with retail customers/ Customer or Trade marketing
- Strong familiarity in working with marketing analytics tools (Nielsen, Retailers tools..)
- Plus: Experience within the middle east region (beyond Turkey only)
- Fluent in English
- Understanding of the Route to market.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
