About the role
We are looking a experienced Material Coordinator to manage and control all materials, tools, and equipment required for the upcoming shutdown/turnaround. The Coordinator will ensure timely availability, tracking, allocation, and documentation of all shutdown materials in alignment with SABIC procedures. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong coordination with maintenance, planning, procurement, and warehouse teams.
What you'll bring
- Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or relevant technical field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Material Coordinator in petrochemical, oil & gas, or industrial shutdown projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation materials.
- Prior experience working in SABIC shutdowns is highly preferred.
- SABIC/Aramco Work Permit Holder, Supply Chain or Material Management Training, SAP/MM or similar ERP system experience.
