About the role

Eram Talent is seeking a Financial Planning & Strategy Lead for the Academy division, based in Saudi Arabia. This role will be pivotal in driving the financial strategy, planning, and performance management for our educational initiatives. This position coordinates the annual budget development, tracks strategic initiatives for board-level reporting, and manages risk and audit compliance.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy
• Proven experience in leading financial strategy development and implementation.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in influencing and engaging stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
• Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems
• advanced proficiency in Excel is required.
• MBA preferred.
• preferably in the education sector or related field.
