About the role
The Production Operator I I is responsible for tasks involving physical labor in a manufacturing plant and will be required to operate a variety of hand and power tools. The Production Operator will be responsible for the efficient production of products according to established procedures following all safety protocols and workplace policies to ensure profitable business operations.
What you'll bring
- Able to work a Continental S hift (12 hour shift 6pm – 6am)
- High School Diploma or equivalent certificate
- 2-4 years experience (manufacturing/production experience)
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to quality and detail
- Able to perform repetitive tasks, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform physical labor activities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a General Labourer in a manufacturing environment an asset
- Existing knowledge of Workplace Safety, First Aid and CPR preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
