About the role
This role will be responsible for leading a team of Workday developers utilizing deep technical knowledge with hands on technical capability to design scalable, compliant, and efficient enterprise solutions.
What you'll bring
- 7+ years of Workday experience in HCM configuration, integration and/or security
- Ability to provide a proactive and independent approach to problem-solving, identifying opportunities for system improvement and driving initiatives without constant supervision
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines
- Ability to recognize risk and remediate/mitigate as needed
- Experience supporting or leading full lifecycle Workday implementations or major tenant refreshes
- Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Strong understanding of data governance, SOX control, SDLC management, and security best practices
- Prior management experience preferred
