About the role
We are seeking a motivated Procurement Executive to own procurement across the organization. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, negotiates well, and enjoys keeping suppliers, budgets, and timelines aligned.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist, Procurement Executive, or similar role.
- Working knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, with the ability to read the market.
- Experience with procurement or supply chain management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP Ariba, or similar) and third-party/vendor management tools.
- Solid understanding of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong negotiation, decision-making, and numerical skills.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
