About the role
As a Management Trainee – Finance, you will gain structured, hands-on exposure to core accounting and financial operations across a portfolio of software businesses. This role is designed to build a strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and financial systems within a global, acquisition-driven environment. You will gain exposure to financial reporting standards, including US GAAP, while supporting integration activities for newly acquired operating companies. What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience or internships.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and willingness to learn US GAAP.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
