- ▪ High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

- ▪ Comfortable navigating multiple software systems and email platforms at the same time
- ▪ Experience in restoration, insurance claims, dispatch, or call center operations
- ▪ Familiarity with CRM or job management platforms
- ▪ Experience handling escalations or service recovery situations
- ▪ Someone who stays calm and focused when the volume picks up
- ▪ A self-starter who takes ownership and does not wait to be directed
- ▪ Detail-oriented in a way that matters: you get it right the first time, every time
