About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing regular electrical and mechanical maintenance on equipment to eliminate unscheduled downtime. You will also support line operations, assist with problems on the line, rework, coverage, troubleshooting, and line relief as needed. Comply with all quality, safety, attendance, and work-rule requirements. Will perform other duties as directed.

What you'll bring

• Mechanical Troubleshooting skills
• Electrical Troubleshooting
• Machine Safety Inspections
• Ability to use machines and technologies such as Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), (Allen Bradley), Conveyor Systems, and Servo Motors.
• Must be able to work in a 24/7 environment, 12hr shifts, every other weekend, and possibly some holidays.
• Ability to work overtime for vacation coverage and training purposes.
• Must maintain excellent attendance reliability.
• No deviation from required documentation/ensure information is timely, accurate and complete.
• Communicate with team members on the same shift and between shifts to ensure continuous line productivity and effective operations.
• Bottling, canning, and manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Ability to pass initial assessment
