About the role

The Video Director leads the strategy, storytelling, production, and execution of video content across Victory Church. This role   is responsible for   creating compelling, high-quality content that supports the vision of the church, engages people emotionally, and drives ministry impact across all campuses and digital platforms.   This is not an editing-only role.   This role owns creative outcomes.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of experience in video production, filmmaking, content creation, or related field
• Strong portfolio   demonstrating   storytelling, editing, and cinematography ability
• Advanced   proficiency   in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of camera systems, lighting, audio, and production workflows
• Experience managing projects from concept through final delivery
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in film, media production, communications, or related field
• Experience with After Effects, motion graphics, color grading, and audio mixing preferred
• Experience leading teams, volunteers, or freelance creatives preferred
