About the role
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Home Health Team in Charlotte, Collier, Lee, and Sarasota Counties. In this role, there is a real impact in the comfort of patients’ homes. As part of our compassionate, high‑performing care team, you’ll provide skilled, patient-centered home health care through assessments, care planning, clinical interventions, patient education, and collaboration with the care team while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards. This is a Per Diem (PRN) position with variable time and hours can vary from week to week based on staffing needs, patient volume, call-offs, vacations, or organizational requirements.
What you'll bring
- Licensure: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
- Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
