About the role

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to review, audit, and validate fire door inspection reports, documentation, and project deliverables before they are provided to customers. This role works closely with Field Service Technicians and Operations teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with NFPA standards and customer requirements. • Must be at least 21 years of age to meet company driving and insurance eligibility requirements
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain identification necessary for work-related travel is required
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (market dependent)
• Ability to work occasional overtime, nights, weekends, or modified schedules as business needs require
• 1+ year of fire door, construction, facilities, quality assurance, or life safety experience preferred
