About the role
This is an onsite role in our Lewisville, TX facility with a schedule of Monday - Thursday, 10:00AM – 8.30PM.
What you'll bring
- Working knowledge of shop floor systems (CVision, Oracle, Unit Tracker, Great Plains, Ghost)
- Ability to collaborate with other departments with their area of responsibility
- Forklift certified if needed for area of responsibility
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
- Must be proficient and certified in the area that they are responsible for leading
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment
- Ability to collaborate with other departments within their area of responsibility
- Training environment experience
- What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
- Prior leadership experience in manufacturing, logistics, operations, or another applicable environment is preferred
