We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join a specialized dental marketing agency. This is a consultative sales role designed to take the majority of sales calls off the founder's plate. You'll work with warm leads, run discovery calls and demos, and close new business — all with a strong emphasis on honest expectation-setting and integrity in selling. This is not a script-reading role; we want someone who genuinely understands a prospect's needs and communicates what our services can and cannot deliver. What you'll bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales
- Proven track record running full sales cycles from discovery to close, or strong mid-to-upper funnel AE experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
- must be easy for US-based clients to understand
- Confident and polished on Zoom and screen-shared presentations
- Strong integrity in selling — comfortable setting realistic expectations in a marketing context
- Highly organized with disciplined follow-up habits
- Prior experience working remotely
