What you'll bring

• You are native or fluent in French (C2) with a strong professional command of English (C1).
• You’re comfortable switching between the two in a fast-paced environment.
• You have at least 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, Coordination or Hospitality.

• You understand that you aren't just "closing tickets", but helping someone manage their home or their livelihood.
