About the role

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to design and deliver automation, tools, and AI-enabled workflows that solve real business problems. This is a hands-on role where you will both build solutions yourself and elevate how the team delivers them .

What you'll bring

• We’re looking for someone who can build, deliver, and take ownership of technical solutions.
• Experience writing clean, maintainable code (e.g. Python, SQL, or similar) for automation, data processing, or integrations
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. code generation, prompt-based coding) to support faster prototyping and delivery
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data workflows
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure services to support data integration, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to review, debug, and improve code, including AI-generated outputs
• Experience with automation tools or workflow platforms
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Power, or similar )
• Coding is a core part of this role — you should be confident building and reviewing solutions end-to-end
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking
• Ability to turn ideas into working tools or workflows
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
