About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst , you’ll act as the bridge between business and technology, turning complex business needs into smart, scalable solutions. You’ll be involved end-to-end - from discovery to deployment - helping deliver core banking and payments transformation projects across global teams.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis within banking or financial services
- Strong expertise in Payments (SWIFT, ISO 20022, SEPA or similar)
- Solid understanding of back-office/middle-office operations
- Technical awareness
- Proven ability to lead discussions, drive workshops, and influence stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-driven mindset
- Proficiency in English
- Experience within private banking environments
- Exposure to core banking platforms and transformation projects
- SQL, APIs, legacy systems like COBOL is a plus
