About the role

A Pharmacist II operates independently to manage pharmacy dispensing functions, ensuring accurate medication therapy and safety. They oversee workflow, supervise technicians, and provide educational support to healthcare teams. Additionally, they lead process improvement initiatives, offer training to new staff, and may serve as a liaison between pharmacy services and specific practice areas.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy plus 3 years of experience working as a pharmacist in a retail or hospital setting, o r PGY-1 residency
• Certification as a licensed Pharmacist by the State of Arkansas or eligible for licensure by the State of Arkansas
• License or Certificate (see special instructions for submission instructions), List of three Professional References (name, email, business title), Resume
• A criminal conviction or arrest pending adjudication alone shall not disqualify an applicant except as provided by law.
• The information obtained in these reports will be used in a confidential, non-discriminatory manner consistent with state and federal law.
• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a Pharm.D.
• Advanced degree – (MS, MBA, MHA, MPA, etc.) AND/OR Completion of a general or administrative ASHP-accredited residency
