What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience with IT.
- At least 7 years of hands on software development and maintenance experience in IT industry, 3 or more years related experience in project management.
- Experience managing IT projects in J2EE technologies for new development, maintenance and production support.
- Hands on experience in customer IT application development and maintenance.
- Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and implement multiple, large and complex technical projects.
- Ability to manage portfolio of projects.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member, while using discretion in decision making.
- Experience in working in Agile and Iterative Development methodologies
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
