About the role

As a Residential Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities receive exceptional, person-centered supports while helping families, host home providers, and direct care teams succeed. We're looking for someone who is organized, compassionate, decisive, and comfortable balancing independence with collaboration. This position requires someone who enjoys variety, can work independently, and isn't afraid to make difficult decisions.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of professional experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain required certifications (CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration, NVCI).
• Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ideal for: Experienced residential or case management professional.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or similar populations.
• Experience coordinating services with interdisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a full caseload.
• Ideal for: Senior coordinator and team mentor.
• 4+ years of residential, case management, or IDD services experience.
• Demonstrated success managing high-acuity or complex cases.
