About the role
In conjunction with the Practice Manager, the Practice Supervisor I is responsible for day-to-day operations of a secondary BHMG site geographically separated on a different campus. This position will manage a separate staff and share providers with the main campus. This position will require daily interaction with the practice physician(s) and other physicians within BHMG and the community. Supervises clerical and clinical staff to ensure quality medical office standards. This position is also responsible for close coordination with management staff as well as staffing, scheduling, clinic compliance, inventory, institutional processes, and maintaining routine safety procedures.
What you'll bring
- Minimum of 5 years of experience related to job description, or a minimum of five years' experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Healthcare supervisory experience preferred
- current CMA certification from AAMA, AMT, NCCT, AAMP, NAHP preferred
