About the role

The Marketing Applied Sciences (MAS) team develops analytics-driven solutions that help GM organizations achieve their business goals. As the Group Strategy Manager, you will lead marketing measurement and optimization for the Customer Care and Aftersales (CCA) brand and serve as the primary liaison between brand stakeholders, MAS, and technical teams. You will lead a cross-functional squad of analytics strategists focused on marketing analytics, media optimization, audience strategy, and enterprise data and analytics platforms. Success in this role requires exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that accelerate decision-making and improve marketing performance.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or another quantitative field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Performance Marketing, or a related strategic analytics role.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in marketing measurement, media optimization, audience strategy, or a related discipline.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing analytics, including media mix modeling, attribution analysis, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms, media measurement tools, and performance marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex analytics projects from concept through implementation with measurable business impact.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence technical teams and senior brand leadership.
  • Strong business consulting skills, including the ability to frame strategic problems and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or another quantitative field.
  • Experience in automotive marketing or consumer durables.
