What you'll bring
- Degree in Building Engineering, Architectural Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience producing BIM documentation for industrial or pharmaceutical projects, including multidisciplinary coordination.
- Tools: Strong practical knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD
- familiarity with document management platforms.
- Regulations: Knowledge of applicable building regulations and health & safety standards.
- Languages: Native Spanish and a high level of English.
- Key skills: Technical accuracy · Attention to detail · Problem-solving · Communication and teamwork
- Desirable certifications: Autodesk Professional certification and BIM coordination training.
