About the role

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager in the US and EMEA to accelerate growth for our asset tracking and visibility solutions across various Life Sciences sectors. This is a high-impact role for a consultative business developer who excels at building trust, driving deals, and delivering customer value through technology.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, IoT, or logistics technology sales.
• Proven success in consultative or value-based selling, managing complex sales cycles end to end.
• Demonstrated self-starter mindset - able to identify opportunities, set priorities, and execute independently.
• Take ownership of results - working independently while aligning closely with internal teams on strategy and execution.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect technology to business outcomes.
• Confident engaging (senior) stakeholders across commercial, operations, and IT functions.
• Collaborative and adaptable, working effectively with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
• Experience in the Life Sciences or Forwarding industry is highly desirable.
