About the role
We're hiring an HRBP to join the Spain & Türkiye Talent team. You'll own full-stack HRBP partnership for five functions — Marketing, Global Comms, Global Affairs, Legal, and Products & Technology (excl. Ads) — building direct relationships with leaders and each function's Functional HRBP across both countries. As an HRBP at Netflix, your role will be to provide guidance, coaching, and thought partnership on a range of people topics to the leaders and teams you’re supporting. This is a high‑ownership generalist role for someone interested in building genuine functional depth.
What you'll bring
- 6 or more years of progressive HR Business Partner or HR generalist experience in a dynamic, matrixed, global organization.
- You are comfortable working autonomously and able to demonstrate proactivity in identifying and addressing potential challenges before they become problems.
- Strong understanding of both business and HR concepts, including problem‑solving skills, judgment, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities.
- Business Acumen: A track record of connecting people's decisions to business outcomes and understanding how your client groups create business impact.
- Judgment & Critical Thinking: Demonstrated success navigating situations with no clear policy or process, using first-principles thinking and data to make calls with incomplete information.
- Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at every level.
- Data-Driven: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Adept at exploring and analyzing data to identify insights and opportunities for business impact, using data to drive business decisions and tell a compelling story that influences stakeholders.
- Inclusion & Diversity: Proficiency in inclusion and diversity practices, with the ability to apply them effectively — including partnering across cultures and accommodating different needs where required.
- Experience working in a complex, matrixed, global organization, with the ability to navigate complex structures and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in project management and execution skills to drive HR initiatives.
- This is an on-site role working out of our Madrid office (Tres Cantos)
