Ardmac are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor based in Madrid to work on data centre projects. Quantity surveyors are responsible for all aspects of surveying and commercial functions on projects.

What you'll bring

• Construction methods and technologies
• Measurement and valuation
• Ability to form good working relationships with all stakeholders
• Knowledge and understanding of subcontract/material orders and procurement
• Experience in preparation and understanding of commercial reports.
• Familiar with contracts
• bespoke and standard forms
• 5 years' relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
• Full working rights in the EU is required for candidates as we are not in a position to facilitate work permit applications.
