Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a structured sales pipeline with clear activity and conversion targets. • Identify and engage UHNWI prospects through professional networks, introducers, and strategic partnerships. • Conduct consultative meetings to understand client needs, financial objectives, and service expectations. • Present VCFC’s products and services in a clear, credible, and compliant manner tailored to the client’s profile. • Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact through to onboarding and activation. • Work closely with onboarding and compliance teams to ensure all regulatory and due diligence requirements are met. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system, including pipeline tracking and reporting. • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and high standards of professional conduct. Talent Profile: • Proven track record in a sales or relationship management role within financial services, payments, private banking, or a similar environment. • Experience dealing with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth individuals is considered an asset. • Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques and relationship management. • Familiarity with working in regulated environments and compliance-driven processes is preferred. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. • Experience using CRM systems and working within structured sales processes. • Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset. • Professional, confident, and client-focused approach. • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets. • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
