About the role
Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll be the keystone of our accounting operations—handling everything from month-end close to detailed Percentage-of-Completion (POC) and Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounting. This role combines hands-on financial control with a collaborative spirit: you’ll support and train project teams, streamline processes, and maintain the accuracy and integrity that keep our business running smoothly. What you'll bring
- You bring at least 5 years of accounting experience
- You’re proficient in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Payroll with a solid understanding of integrations su ch a s time-tracking systems.
- Your experience with POC/WIP accounting is detailed and hands-on—you know the ins and outs of the numbers and their story.
- You’re comfortable working directly with operations teams, training others, and maintaining disciplined documentation practices.
- Detail-oriented and trustworthy, you handle sensitive financial data with care and confidentiality.
