Our Aviation Infrastructure team is based in our AECOM Basingstoke, Croydon, Manchester, Birmingham and London offices and are passionate about creating innovative, resilient, and sustainable solutions for airports of all sizes - including major commercial hubs and greenfield airports to general aviation airfields and military installations. We welcome applications from experienced civil engineers who are looking to build a career in aviation. If you're keen to apply your engineering skills to a new and exciting sector, we'll provide the support, mentoring and development needed to help you succeed. We’re particularly interested in engineers with a strong civils design background gained within aviation, highways, rail, roads or other major infrastructure environments . No aviation experience? No problem.
What you'll bring
- Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?
- Has a degree in Civil Engineering (or a related discipline).
- Has experience delivering civil infrastructure projects (aviation experience is welcome but not essential).
- Has an interest in developing a career in aviation infrastructure.
- Enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of DMRB or highway civil engineering design
