About the role

We are seeking a highly collaborative and strategic Business Operations Manager (Product Data Insights & Reporting) to serve as the vital operational bridge between our technical data execution and cross-functional business decision-making. In this role, you will lead the effort to transform product and organizational data into actionable insights for our Product and Engineering organization, driving alignment and helping senior leadership make high-impact decisions. You are an exceptional relationship builder, translator, and team advocate. Rather than focusing on hands-on technical execution, your strength lies in your ability to navigate organizational dynamics, influence stakeholders across diverse teams, and translate complex data points into compelling narratives that drive business outcomes.

What you'll bring

  • Strong experience within the technology industry
  • A strong background of direct people management experience, with a proven track record of hiring, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among senior leadership.
  • Proven track record of working closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance) and successfully influencing decision-making without direct authority.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to turn complex technical data into simple, actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of incoming requests, establish clear operational triage frameworks, and comfortably manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Deep understanding of modern development methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFe) and the product lifecycle in a SaaS context.
  • Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB)
  • DEIB improves our workforce, enhances trust with our partners and customers, and drives business success.
  • Build your career in a place where diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging aren’t just words on paper – this is what drives our innovation, it’s how we connect, and it contributes to what makes us a market leader.
  • We believe in a hiring and working environment where all people are respected and valued, regardless of gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, age, neurodiversity, disability status, citizenship, or any other aspect which makes people unique.
  • We hire you for who you are, and we want you to bring your authentic self to work every day!
