What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of France payroll experience, including full ownership of end-to-end processing and statutory filings.
  • Hands-on experience running payroll via Oracle Fusion HCM (essential).
  • Global payroll experience (e.g., EMEA, APAC, Americas) and vendor coordination.
  • Strong understanding of France statutory pay schemes.
  • Advanced Excel skills for reconciliations and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional proficiency in French (written and verbal) required
