About the role
As a Visual Merchandiser at Stradivarius, you’ll bring our collections to life in-store—balancing brand DNA, trend awareness and commercial performance to create an inspiring environment for customers. Reporting to the General Manager and Deputy Manager , you’ll work closely with the store team to deliver exceptional presentation and a premium customer journey. This is a full-time position requiring full flexibility , including evenings and weekends , with occasional early starts for deliveries and visual changes.
What you'll bring
- Previous visual merchandising experience in fashion retail.
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs.
- Comfortable using reports/tools to inform decisions and follow up performance.
- Strong understanding of Stradivarius’s DNA and product, plus awareness of current market trends.
