About the role

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you’ll help shape the technology foundations that power data, analytics and AI across PZ Cussons. You'll play a pivotal role in designing and evolving our Azure Data & AI platform, making sure it is secure, scalable, reliable and ready for the future. Working across engineering, analytics, infrastructure and business teams, you'll help unlock trusted data products and AI capabilities that support better decisions and meaningful business outcomes. What you'll bring

• Strong experience in Azure platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps automation or a similar senior engineering role.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure services, particularly data and AI platform technologies, networking, security, identity and monitoring.
• Proven experience using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code approaches to build secure, repeatable and scalable solutions.
• Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments and release governance using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including data ingestion, orchestration, transformation, validation and data quality.
• Confidence working with tools such as SQL, Python or Azure CLI, alongside excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
