About the role

Noble Community Clinics is seeking a Bilingual Behavioral Health Clinician II (Spanish/English preferred) to provide integrated behavioral health services within our Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model. In this role, you will work side-by-side with primary care providers, nurses, and care teams to deliver brief, evidence-based interventions that improve both behavioral and physical health outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed clinician who enjoys fast-paced, collaborative care and wants to make a meaningful impact on patients’ overall well-being.
What you'll bring
- Current Wisconsin licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (or ability to obtain within the required timeframe).
- Experience providing assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and psychotherapy services.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered, integrated care.
- Experience in integrated primary care, community health, FQHC, or PCBH settings.
- Familiarity with PHQ-9, GAD-7, SBIRT, and other behavioral health screening tools.
- Spanish/English preferred
