What you'll bring
- Doctor of Medicine (MD/DO) with board certification in a relevant Primary Care Specialty.
- 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership in ambulatory or primary care settings.
- 2-3 years of people management experience with a strong track record in team development and engagement.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and data-driven decision-making.
- High integrity, professionalism and strong problem-solving skills.
