About the role

We are looking for a Second Shift Distribution Center Supervisor to join our Rexel, USA team in Mansfield, MA! The Distribution Center Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising all distribution center activities performed on their shift. Responsibilities include interviewing, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work. Lead inbound/outbound operations to meet all Safety, Inventory and Productivity KPI’s.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of Warehouse or Distribution Center experience
• High School or GED - Required
• Ability to perform job duties of all departmental positions
• Must be service oriented, self-motivated, dependable, possess excellent leadership skills, and customer service skills
• Ability to perform various tasks on computers, including the use of Excel, Outlook, and Word is required
• Proficiency in all aspects of the Distribution Center Management Software (WMS), AS400, or other systems in use at Distribution Centers
• Ability to handle difficult situations and problem solve
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Knowledge and experience in Lean and Process Flow Layout in Distribution Centers
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
