About the role

The S/4 IT Finance SME is responsible for supporting and implementing  Record to Report (RTR)  processes and systems, with a strong focus on  SAP S/4HANA Finance . This role partners with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver stable, scalable, and standardized solutions that support financial close, reporting, and process improvement. What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business (completed and verified prior to start)
• Seven (7) years of technical experience in Finance, ERP systems, or IT business analysis in a private, public, government or military environment
• Strong experience in  Record to Report  processes and financial close activities
• Hands-on experience with  SAP S/4HANA Finance  in RTR-related functions
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of finance process integration, testing, and incident management
• Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA areas such as  General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and Intercompany
• Familiarity with  SAP Fiori
• Experience in global process standardization or finance transformation projects
