About the role
This position will begin with a per diem schedule, with the anticipated transition to a full-time temporary schedule from approximately August 2026 through February 2027 to support clinic staffing needs.
What you'll bring
- Education / Knowledge / License / Certification / Registration
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Knowledge of the RN scope of practice in the State of Minnesota.
- Professional knowledge of clinical nursing protocols and standards of care.
- Ability to recognize medical symptoms requiring urgent or emergent care.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations.
- Knowledge of clinical protocols related to obtaining and assessing vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, respirations, and temperature.
- Demonstrated ability in creative problem-solving, prioritization, and managing unpredictable patient needs.
- Proficient in all aspects of the nursing process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
