About the role

As the Senior Product Manager for Virtual Meetings, you will be the full-stack product leader for the synchronous collaboration ecosystem across Capital One. You will own the product strategy, roadmap and execution across Zoom, Google Calendar and Lucid (Whiteboarding, Charting, Diagramming) that collectively form our virtual meeting platform. You will be responsible for redefining how virtual collaboration happens in the age of AI; setting and executing the strategy for how 100,000+ associates and contractors at Capital One connect, brainstorm, and execute in our hybrid work environment. In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

What you'll bring

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

• Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
