About the role

The Financial Advisor – Hybrid (Servicing & Growth) is responsible for managing ongoing client relationships while also contributing to the growth of the Public Safety Division. This role typically spends approximately 50–60% of time servicing existing clients and delivering comprehensive financial planning , with the remaining time focused on developing and closing new client relationships through referrals, internal leads, community engagement, and selective prospecting. The ideal candidate balances relationship management with business development while supporting long‑term client and divisional growth.
