We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Civil Engineer with a strong background in concrete work to join our construction team in Idaho. The role involves working on a variety of projects including small commercial buildings, schools, and large residential units. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who is as comfortable on-site with the crews as they are with project plans and technical calculations. What you'll bring
- You must be able to effectively read, write and communicate in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory for TN visa eligibility).
- Proven experience in concrete construction, including commercial and/or large-scale residential projects.
- Ability to work closely with and direct carpenters, steel fixers, and concrete pourers.
- Strong understanding of site set-out and leveling processes.
- Willingness and ability to undertake physical, on-site work alongside engineering responsibilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Eligibility for the TN Visa program (Canada/Mexico nationals).
