About the role
The Construction Planner and Scheduler will lead the development and maintenance of the project master schedule, with a primary focus on Microsoft Project for planning and reporting. What you'll bring
- 7–10 years of experience in project controls, planning, and scheduling.
- Proven experience in hotel development or large-scale hospitality projects.
- Strong background in creating and maintaining detailed construction schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Ability to monitor trends, analyze schedule impacts, and prepare status reports.
- Degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work with diverse stakeholders from executives to field teams.
- Analytical, organized, and confident in client and stakeholder management.
- Experience in public works or mission-critical projects is an asset.
