The Route Service Representative (RSR) is the face of Simple , responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving account retention, revenue growth, and route efficiency. This role owns the full lifecycle of assigned accounts—building strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and resolving challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. We are seeking a polished, organized professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys relationship-building, account management, and problem-solving.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in customer service, route sales, or account management
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to meet all DOT requirements and obtain/maintain a valid DOT Medical Card (employer-supported)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and sit for extended periods (up to 10 hours/day)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage routes, equipment, and customer needs effectively
• Experience operating 26–28 ft. straight trucks preferred
