At Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. (DBF), our CAD Technicians play an essential supporting role in the production of a variety of infrastructure designs. Our CAD Technicians help to enhance, maintain, and protect the communities we work, live, and play in. Our mission is to improve the quality of life in our communities by creating value through problem-solving and design. In this role, we are looking for an individual who is a problem-solver, driven and reliable; one who will identify opportunities to improve the quality of work and services, and participate in their implementation. This position will include, but not be limited to, assisting and providing support to various departments throughout the firm with the design, drafting, and development of construction drawings for infrastructure and residential projects including water, wastewater, stormwater, and streets. Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD is required for the position. • The preferred candidate will have general knowledge of basic site design including grading and drainage and erosion control design.
