What's the role? As the Product Owner\Lead Engineer you are an expert on this platform and you work closely with product, IS and business stakeholders in an agile workflow to embrace and promote an agile mindset. You will operate in a startup environment and understand MVP, continuous improvement and the concept of Plan Do Check Adjust.  You will partner with security and other infrastructure teams to ensure proper function and enablement of business process management best practices.  In addition, you will develop, support, and continually improve feature release processes.  This includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and imminent architecture of the tools and process which drive BPM and the JMLR processes.  You deal with ambiguity and have the skills to pivot and swarm when necessary to align with business needs.  A strategic thinker, you move between diverse tasks with cooperation and persistence, helping to bring out the best in those around you.  You have the ability to collaborate with a diverse cross section of talented engineers and provide a team first approach.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Business Process Management with background in JMLR processes
  • Experience Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery model
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with immediate team members, other IS areas, and clients in other departments
  • Strong track record of analyzing operational, engaging with business leaders on escalations and automating operational activities
  • Ability to set priorities for scope, risk and quality of technology solutions to meet business needs
  • Ability to lead a cross functional team with both domestic and globally located resources
  • Ability to complete detailed solution option comparisons and leverage data as a critical decision making component
  • Ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions across all levels of the organization
