About the role
The national pay range for this role is $18.00/hr + 1.25/hr Shift Differential. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. What you'll bring
- Education & Knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent education certification.
- Ability to speak and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of machine components and manufacturing operations.
- Experience / Skills / Abilities
- 1 – 3 years related experience.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Works with a sense of urgency.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to assess obstacles and take corrective action.
- Mathematical skills and ability to read and comprehend daily machine reports.
- Demonstrates ability as a line lead (one machine).
