About the role
Our bank client is seeking to fill a Lending Compliance Analyst role in the Milwaukee, WI area. The position is responsible for the execution of the bank’s regulatory compliance requirements related to our business lending products, including Regulation B compliance and Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) reporting. This position will also be responsible for auditing business loans to ensure accurate loan documentation is prepared and loans are booked and funded accurately.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree and minimum two years of quality control or compliance operations and process experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of business process life cycle and regulatory requirements.
- Successful experience with the administration of quality control programs
- Demonstrated experience balancing multiple priorities and managing a variety of projects in a high-volume work environment with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the proven ability to work across various departments and levels in an organization.
- Ability to use independent judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
- Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to the position.
- Must understand and comply with all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.
