About the role
Foth is seeking a Lead Water Resources Engineer with a strong focus on technical delivery. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise nationwide in the water resources space and your ability to mentor and develop others. You will be a significant contributor in discipline development and the design of diverse civil engineering projects across multiple industries.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with water resources as a project manager or technical lead in the engineering consulting industry
- Proficiency with storm water modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, HydroCAD, XPSWMM, AutoCAD, MicroStation, HEC-HMS, ArcGis)
- Ability to travel 10-20% for client visits, conferences, etc.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience that included leading technical teams and hands-on engineering with design, reports, and feasibility studies for water resources projects
