About the role

Having just completed a very successful upgrade to version 9.2 we are on the leading edge and we are looking for smart, talented and creative analysts to help us extend our robust HR functionality to our non-US team member populations. The International HR Process and Data group is responsible for defining the vision and strategy for building an effective model for capturing HR data for international Team Members .

What you'll bring

• Minimum of 5 years of experience gathering and creating detailed business requirements for complex projects
• Proven ability to work with business and IT partners to collaboratively design solutions that meet business needs Strong meeting facilitation skills
• experience leading large group meetings with attendees both local and remote
• Ability to work with limited direction and supervision, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand, assess, and work through complicated business scenarios or processes
• outstanding problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present data and information effectively to all project stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships in a virtual collaborative environment.
• Organized and with excellent follow up skills
• International change management experience High Proficiency in PowerPoint (must have) An understanding of HR processes and data – PeopleSoft HCM familiarity strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of PeopleSoft functional design experience
